STRATEGIC PROJECTS RECRUITER

Alltech
International is currently seeking an experienced recruiter to join the
Corporate Programs Office Team, responsible for sourcing
strategic resources for potential and current projects. This is an
opportunity to make a difference in an exciting and challenging position
serving an elite client base.
If you have a strong background in
sourcing and attracting candidates this may be the job for you.
Recruiters are responsible for full life cycle recruiting. The job
entails assisting hiring managers as a wide variety of people need to be
sourced and developed for potential projects. This will include: Project
Managers, Trainers, Logistics, IT Professionals, Program Support,
Engineers, etc.
Duties:
Duties would
include strategic pipelining of key project resources for nationwide
delivery of current and potential Government projects in the Homeland
Security, Aviation, and Civilian Agencies environment. This is an
attempt to get ahead of the power curve for our typical Government
teaming projects with IBM, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin and other large
integrators. Other duties potentially can be varied, as required in a
specialized small company that focuses on Quality and SANITY.

Required:
-
2-4 years of
Recruiting (HR Generalist and sales/marketing experience is a plus)

College
degree, US Citizen
-
Excellent
interpersonal, oral and written skills for client interaction

Must have
experience with "media strategy" recruiting, including message
boards, Org lists, referrals, ePubs & home pages.

Must be a self
motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive "get-it-done"
attitude

Must be a team
player with a strong work ethic that takes ownership of their job.
