Alltech International is currently seeking a Specialized Security Instructor to join our team.

Specialized Security Instructors conduct classroom and practical instruction for the aviation security screeners including initial setup/teardown of field training sites. Training areas could include instruction on screening procedures for checkpoint, checked baggage, new equipment and crossover instruction, including operation of metal and explosive detection equipment and systems.  Instructor must adhere to approved curriculum outlines and time restraints, maintain strict quality control measures and serve as field point of contact for customer, logistics, scheduling, students and vendors. 

Required:

• Applicant must be currently vetted by TSA security and hold a Public Trust clearance.
• Applicant must have obtained a B.A. or B.S. in Adult Education or related discipline and certification from a formal instructor training program (e.g. ASTD, CTTI, military, college or trade school).
• Applicant MUST have minimum of 3 years of training experience and possess professional facilitation and presentation skills.

Informatica SME

Description

Alltech International is currently seeking a Informatica SME to join our team in Gaithersburg, MD.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will administer the various tax provisions included in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), many of which either add to or amend the tax code, and several that require the IRS to build new tax administration processes that do not currently exist.  The IRS Affordable Care Act (ACA) Coverage Data Repository (CDR) project will create a data repository to serve as the backbone for approximately 16 other ACA projects. This will include acting as the operational database for ACA projects; storing data from ACA projects; and making data available to IRS systems, Health and Human Services (HHS) and other external organizations.

This individual will act as the Informatica SME for the CDR project and will be responsible for developing ETL application using Informatica.  This position requires demonstrated experience using the Informatica Suite of tools including Power Center, B2B, and will be the “go-to” person for all Informatica related tasks. This position will develop Extract, Transformation and Loading (ETL) framework using Informatica for implementing data integration and data loading tasks in support of CDR Data Repository from IRS and non-IRS data sources.  The Database environment for the project is Oracle and for the data sources, it will vary depending upon the data source.  Prior experience with SQL on Oracle databases will be required.

Duties:

• Develop new ETL application using Informatica Power Center to load large amount of data from multiple data sources into CDR Repository using Oracle database.  – 50%
• Develop Data Integration procedures using Informatica suite of tools including B2B and Power Exchange – 20%
• Provide support to technical team, write the necessary required documentation as per the IRS development methodology for ETL processes, and Develop unit test plan, test cases and resolve ETL related test problems – 10%
